1. Who we are

There's Stock Again is a Shopify app developed by Dual Apps that allows merchants to automatically notify customers when an out-of-stock product becomes available again.

2. Data we collect

When a customer subscribes to a stock alert, we collect:

• Email address — to send the restock notification.
• Shop domain — to identify which store the alert belongs to.
• Product and variant ID — to know which product to monitor.

We do not collect payment information, passwords, or any other personal data beyond what is listed above.

3. How we use your data

The data collected is used exclusively to:

• Send a one-time email notification when the subscribed product is back in stock.
• Prevent duplicate subscriptions for the same product.

We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing purposes.

4. Data retention

Subscription data is retained until the notification is sent or the merchant uninstalls the app. Upon uninstallation, all data associated with the merchant's store is deleted.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• Resend (resend.com) — to deliver transactional emails. Your email address is transmitted to Resend solely for this purpose.
• Shopify — to receive inventory update webhooks and access product data.

6. Your rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the merchant whose store you subscribed through, or by contacting us directly at the email below.
